Totalling 183.21 sq m (1972 sq ft) the four-storey property is held by the Imperial Cancer Research Fund on a 25-year from June 1988, at an annual rent of £25,500 the property is under-let to local opticians “eye clinic”. The transaction represents a net yield of 7.88%.
