Stephen Kane & Company - Retail - West Croydon, West Croydon Station

Advised by Stephen Kane & Company, the nation-wide bakery related retail chain Greggs Plc, has announced that it is to open a further outlet in West Croydon, bringing the total of stores throughout the UK to in excess of 1,080.

The West Croydon outlet will be in prime location in West Croydon station with a frontage opening onto the station concourse. The 167 sq m (1,796 sq ft) unit will be Greggs' third store in Croydon. The unit has been taken on a 13 year sublease from Natwest at a rent of £24,000 per annum exclusive. The landlords are Railtrack. Natwest were represented by Stiles Harold & Williams.

Commenting on the recent deals Robin Burn, Associate at Stephen Kane & Company said:

In particular Central London where they wish to open a number of stores."
