Following the substantial refurbishment of the upper floors of St Anne House, Wellesley Road, Croydon, P&O Properties have announced that the entire space of 4,730 sq m (50,910 sq ft) has now been let.

The new lease to the Home Office is for a term of 15 years with a tenant option to break at the tenth year. The rent of £712,740 per annum equates to £14.00 per sq ft.

P&O Properties was represented by Stiles Harold Williams’ Croydon office. The Home Office was represented by Lambert Smith Hampton.
