Rogers Chapman - Industrial Letting - Middlesex, Sunbury, 170 Windmill Road

Form Developments, advised by Rogers Chapman has achieved a rent of £114.96 per sq m (10.68 per sq ft) on the letting of their refurbished industrial unit at 170 Windmill Road, Sunbury, Middlesex. The deal underlines the pent up demand for, and shortage of good quality industrial premises in West London.

MAR-COM has taken a new 15-year lease on the comprehensively refurbished building that totals 3,110.85 sq m (33,486 sq ft). As part of the transaction, Form Developments included an additional 650 sq m (7,000 sq ft) of offices within the production area.

MAR-COM, a UK subsidiary of the publicly quoted Swedish group KONFTEL will operate their video conferencing division from the building that fronts the M3 motorway at Sunbury.
