Stephen Kane & Company - Retail - East Ham, High Street North

Advised by Stephen Kane & Company, the nation-wide bakery related retail chain Greggs Plc, has announced that it is to open a further outlet in East Ham, bringing the total of stores throughout the UK to in excess of 1,080.

Greggs will be opening its second store in East Ham at 158 High Street North, East Ham, London E6. The 84 sq m (905 sq ft) unit has been assigned to Greggs by Next plc., where upon Greggs surrendered the lease simultaneously and negotiated a new 15 year lease at a rent of £23,500 per annum exclusive with landlords ASPV Developments. Montague Goldsmith represented ASPV.

Commenting on the recent deals Robin Burn, Associate at Stephen Kane & Company said:
