Acting on behalf of Pottery Café Limited, London’s original pottery-decorating studio, Stephen Kane & Company has acquired a 10-year lease on a retail unit at 332 Richmond Road, East Twickenham, TW1 from a private landlord.
This is the second of the company’s outlets, which has been trading on the Fulham Road, London since 1998. Pottery Café provides a popular venue where people of all ages decorate and personalise pottery to create unique gifts and mementoes, browse the pottery shop, meet friends to relax over coffee or even host parties.
The new outlet, which is located just over Richmond Bridge, close to the junction with St Margaret’s Road and near to other local occupiers, comprises a ground floor of 69.7 sq m (751 sq ft) and ancillary areas of 11.2 sq m (121 sq ft). Pottery Café is paying an annual rent of £21,000.
