Matthews & Goodman - Retail Sale - Havant Retail Park

Capital & Counties, on behalf of the Edinburgh Property Portfolio, have purchased Havant Retail Park from the BBC Pension Trust for £5.2 million, reflecting an initial yield of 7.5% and an equivalent yeild of 8.96%. The Park is let to Homebase Ltd and Bowlplex plc. Matthews & Goodman acted for Capital & Counties.
