Stiles Harold Williams, in conjunction with Ellis & Partners and on behalf of Gatefine Ltd, has let 2,354 sq ft of second floor offices at Chandos House, North Street, Brighton to Network Research and Marketing Ltd.

A new 10-year lease has been granted with a break at year 5 at a rent of £28,250 per annum (i.e. £12.00 per sq ft).

Tim Hardwicke of letting agents Stiles Harold Williams’ Brighton office commented:
“Due to the good condition of the offices and their close proximity to the town centre, we received a good level of interest in the premise, resulting in this letting.
