Following a surrender of Kvaerner’s leases in Davis House the landlords, HDG Manser Group, have re-let the first floor of 16,490 sq ft to the London Borough of Croydon at a rent of £12.75 per sq ft until 28 September 2009 with a concurrent rent review and mutual option to break in September 2005.

Simultaneously AMEC Plc who already occupy 45,500 sq ft in the building have taken the entire 2nd floor of 12,529 sq ft at a rent of £12.75 sq ft until June 2003. Both floors were refurbished last year by Kvaerner.

CB Hillier Parker, Stuart Edwards and Lambert Smith Hampton acted for Kvaerner. The landlords were represented by Atis Real Wetheralls. Stiles Harold Williams acted for AMEC and DTZ Debenham Tie Leung for the Council.
