Streetwise Sports Company Ltd., trading as Streetwise Sports, has relocated into larger premises within Rochdale’s Exchange Shopping Centre. The unit has been let on a new 15-year effectively full repairing and insuring lease, subject to 5 yearly upward only rent reviews, from landlord, Co-operative Insurance Society. Streetwise Sports has a number of stores throughout the North West and the opening of larger premises within Rochdale reinforces their success within the town.

The new unit occupies a prime location at 4/5 Market Way, Rochdale Exchange Shopping Centre and extends to 322.64 sq m (3,473 sq ft). A rent of £105,000 per annum was agreed between the parties.
