Costa Coffee is to join Mango and First Sport at Chartwell Land's development at 3/7 Coney Street, York.

Unit 1 is under offer to Costa Coffee who are looking to sign a 15 vear FRI lease at rental of £102,000 per annum. The unit has ground floor space of 143 sq m (1,536sq ft) with ancillary accommodation at first and second. This leaves only one remaining unit of 67 sq m (720 sq ft) at ground floor with ancillary above where rental offers are invited in the region of £85,000 per annum.
