Rogers Chapman - Retail Letting - Ascot, High Street, Shop 2 Berkshire House

Private clients of Rogers Chapman have sewn up a deal with upmarket designer label company, The Field Menswear Limited.

Rogers Chapman brokered a deal whereby a simultaneous surrender by Cellar 5 Limited of the existing lease at Shop 2 Berkshire House, High Street, Ascot, Berks and granted a new 10-year lease to the Field Menswear Limited.

The shop totals 66.42 sq m (715 sq ft) and has been let at a rent of £35,750 per annum representing a Zone A of £538.20 per sq m (£50 per sq ft). Cellar 5 were paying a rent of £19,000 per annum.
