Catella - Retail Sale - Rugby, Market Place

Acting on behalf of Cornhill Investment Properties Limited, Catella has sold a retail investment in Rugby, Warwickshire to Arrowcroft Leisure Limited, for £1.1 million, equating to a net initial yield of 7.75%.

The two retail units with self-contained offices above, representing 2, 2a, & 2b Market Place in Rugby’s prime retail area, opposite the Clock Tower shopping centre, include tenants the V-Shop and Greggs.

The property totals approximately 344 sq m (3,700 sq ft) and the annual rental income is £90,600.
