Stiles Harold Williams - Offices Sale - Epsom, 92 East Street

Following the Institute of Building Control ceasing to be a membership organisation when its members joined the RICS, the sale of the freehold interest at 92 East Street, Epsom, has now been completed.

Gresham International Ltd has purchased the property for a figure in excess of £460,000.

This small office building of some 209 sq m (2,250 sq ft) has accommodation on three floors with 12 car parking spaces.

“This office building went under offer fairly quickly after it was brought to the market early last year. After some seven months of resolving problems on the Title, the original sale was unfortunately lost. With the knowledge that Gresham International were mindful to relocate, a deal was structured in competition with other potential purchasers at a price which reflects the demand within the owner/occupier market.”
