A private investor, represented by Thomas Merrifield Commercial, has sold the freehold of 2 Arkwright Road, Bicester, Oxfordshire to Home Goods, the electrical retailing company.

The 440 sq m (4,737 sq ft) industrial/distribution property, that has a yard area of 372 sq m (4,000 sq ft), was sold for £287,500 and will be occupied by Home Goods as its main distribution facility.

Home Goods was unrepresented in the transaction.
