AXA Real Estate Investment Managers advised by Nelson Bakewell, and joint agents Tushingham Moore, have completed a new letting of the above premises to Julian Graves.

The premises comprise ground floor sales of approximately 62.9 sq m (677 sq ft) with 26.7 sq m (287 sq ft) ancillary accommodation. A new 10 year effectively full repairing and insuring lease at a commencing rent of £34,000 per annum was agreed.
