Stretton Estates Deeside Limited are constructing one of the largest speculative distribution/manufacturing facilities in the North West.

Work has now commenced on a single storey, high bay warehouse/factory of 160,000 sq ft having a clear height to eaves of 12m. The building will incorporate integral offices over two floors. The unit is situated on Zone 2 of the successful Deeside Industrial Park with good access to the A55 North Wales Expressway and the M56 motorway. Other occupiers on the estate include Iceland Frozen Foods, Corning Optical Fiber, Toyota, BASF and others.

The speculative building is due for completion in August 2002, and will be capable of expansion upto 200,000 sq ft. The unit has provision for 12 dock loading doors and there is a large concrete serviced yard area. The site is securely fenced with gatehouse.
