Stiles Harold Williams, acting on behalf of Sussex Bed Centre, has acquired a new 8,000 sq ft pre-let retail warehouse at Hailsham Retail Park, Hailsham from Henry Boot Developments Ltd.

A new 15-year FRI lease has been granted at a rental of £76,000 per annum, subject to a rent-free period.

Henry Boot Developments was represented by Capital Retail.
