Ryden - Industrial Development - Edinburgh Quayside Distribution Park

On behalf of Forth Ports plc, Ryden are pleased to announce that construction is now underway for three new industrial properties totalling in excess of 3,344 sq m (36,000 sq ft).

The new development will be called Edinburgh Quayside Distribution Park and the development is the second phase of a much larger development which will total in excess of 23,225 sq m (250,000 sq ft) of industrial / manufacturing accommodation.

The development is situated on the corner of Albert Road and Marine Esplanade within the boundaries of Port of Leith. Albert Road runs parallel to Salamander Street and the property is close to the busy centre of Leith and also the new Ocean Terminal Shopping Centre. The Phase II development is situated adjacent to the VA Tech Peebles premises.
