Strutt & Parker, acting for KCI Medical, has assigned Unit 14 of the Vulcan Business Centre in Croydon. Buckingham Paints has taken the 111 sq m (1,200 sq ft) unit at £10,035 per annum on a 5 year sublease expiring in 2004.

The light industrial unit with B2 planning consent was used by the medical equipment and machinery manufacturer as a storage depot. Buckingham Paints will also use the space for storage.

Strutt & Parker and Stiles Harold Williams represented KCI Medical, while Buckingham Paints acted for itself.
