Strutt & Parker - Mixed-Use Letting - Kent, West Malling, Kings Hill Business Park

Strutt & Parker, acting for Man Group PLC, has taken the 4,063 sq m (43,375 sq ft) Flex IV building at Kings Hill Business Park in West Malling, Kent. The futures broker has acquired the space for business continuity purposes and intends to establish IT and office-based functions on the park.

Kings Hill Business Park offers 260,120 sq m (2.8 million sq ft) of business space with key tenants including Prudential, Woolwich Plc and Aventis Pharmaceuticals. The 263 ha (650 acre) site also provides leisure and conference facilities and 1,850 homes. It is owned by Rouse (the UK management arm of Liberty Property).
