FISPAM - Retail Letting - Crawley, County Mall

FISPAM (Friends Ivory & Sime Property Asset Management) has secured Model Zone for County Mall, its successful 41,800 sq m (450,000 sq ft) shopping centre in Crawley, West Sussex. The model retailer has taken 132 sq m (1,423 sq ft) on a 10 year lease at £65,000 per annum for its second outlet in Crawley.

Model Zone specialises in models and other merchandise for characters including James Bond and Spiderman, as well as radio-controlled cars and Formula One car replicas. Its new store will be located on the Upper Mall adjacent to Boots and Athena and is the sixteenth outlet in a chain spreading mainly across the South East of England.
