Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell - Industrial Sale - Poole, Sterte Avenue West

Acting on behalf of F Wykes Engineering Ltd, Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell have sold the freehold interest in respect of factory premises in Sterte Avenue West, Poole to Mayflower Developments Ltd at an undisclosed price.

The factory has been the home of F Wyes Engineering Ltd, trading as Micron Wykes Engineering for many years. Extending to 1,516.87 sq.m (16,311 sq.ft), the property stands on a site of 0.36 hectares (0.89 acres).

Micron Wykes Engineering Ltd are to remain in occupation prior to moving to new premises in Poole at the end of the year.

Mayflower Developments Ltd and Braeside Developments propose to carry out a joint venture re-development of the site comprising a range of office buildings on the western end of the site which is currently vacant.
