Strutt & Parker - Offices Letting - Brussels, Avenue des Nerviens

Strutt & Parker, on behalf of ACE Insurance, has taken 530 sq m (5,704 sq ft) at KBC Verzerkering's 9-31 Avenue des Nerviens, Brussels. The Belgian insurance company has let the fourth floor to ACE on a 9 year lease at €126,170 (£81,632) per annum.

The building extends to 8,500 sq m (91,494 sq ft), over eight floors and is situated in the heart of the European District in Brussels, an area traditionally occupied by insurance companies. ACE has over 15 offices throughout Europe and specialises in providing a wide range of multinational companies with business insurance solutions.

Will Rowson of Strutt & Parker's International Division comments:
"This deal underlines the continuing appeal of prime office locations in Brussels, a region where rents have remained relatively stable despite difficult market conditions. In spite of this, ACE is taking more prestigious space as it embarks on a series of upgrades to its real estate portfolio across Europe."

Strutt & Parker and Catella Codemer represented ACE on the acquisition.
