CMS Cameron McKenna - Industrial Sale - Warwickshire, Wellesbourne

Leading international law firm, CMS Cameron McKenna, has completed the investment purchase of a 72-acre industrial estate in Wellesbourne, Warwickshire on behalf of The Wellcome Trust for £34m.

The Wellesbourne Park and Industrial Estate, purchased from MEPC Limited, is located 5 miles south of junction 15 on the M40. As well as 710,000 sq ft of occupied space, there are a number of short and mid term development opportunities. Wellesbourne is currently let to over 30 tenants.
