Dollarland (Feltham) Ltd in Receivership advised by Nelson Bakewell, and joint agents Gooch, Cunliffe Whale, have completed a new letting of the above premises to a Post Office Franchise.

The premises situated on the high street section of this scheme comprise ground floor sales of approximately 105.7 sq m (1,138 sq ft) with an ancillary accommodation of approximately 59.8 sq m (643 sq ft). A new 15 year effectively full repairing and insuring lease, subject to a tenant’s break in year 7, at a commencing rent of £20,000 per annum was agreed.
