Stephen Kane & Company - Retail Letting - Salisbury, 11 High Street

Acting on behalf of sandwich and pastry retailer D S Retail, retained agent Stephen Kane & Company has surrendered the lease on a retail unit at 11 High Street, Salisbury (SP1 2NJ) to landlord The Salisbury Partnership, subject to the granting of a new lease to video and computer games retailer Gamestation.

The two-storey unit, which is adjacent to Waterstones and close to Early Learning Centre, Index, Bristol & West and the entrance of the Old George Mall shopping centre, comprises a ground floor of 68.7 sq m (740 sq ft) and a first floor of 31.0 sq m (334 sq ft). Gamestation will pay £35,000 per annum exclusive for the new lease.
