The Prudential Assurance Company Limited advised by Nelson Bakewell, and joint agents Healey & Baker, have completed a new letting of the above premises to the Fragrance Shop.

The premises situated on the upper ground floor level of the scheme comprise ground floor sales of approximately 53.4 sq m (575 sq ft). A new 10 year effectively full repairing and insuring lease at a commencing rent of £37,500 per annum was agreed.
