Tuckerman has sold the freehold interest in the above parade of shops to Windsor Fairlawn Limited for £1.04 million. The units are let to Halifax, radford and Bingley and Perfect Pizza. The deal reflects a 6% net nitial ield after costs. Tuckerman acted for a private trust.
