Fisher Hargreaves Proctor - Retail Letting - Nottingham, The Cornerhouse

Fisher Hargreaves Proctor acting on behalf of Ropemaker Properties Limited, have completed the letting of Unit G5 within The Cornerhouse (the £50 million city centre leisure scheme) in Nottingham.

The unit has been let to Subway Sandwiches, who were advised by the Nottingham Office of Lambert Smith Hampton.

The premises, which totals 638 sq ft, were let at a rent of £30,000 per annum. Other tenants within The Cornerhouse include Warner Village, The Works, Jumpin’ Jaks, Wagamama, TGI Fridays, Slug & Lettuce, Henry J Beans, Santa Fe, Nandos and Saltwater. David Hargreaves confirmed that the only unit remaining, out of 220,000 sq ft, totals 400 sq ft at lower ground floor.
