In a role reversal, Rogers Chapman acting on behalf of the Cooperative Society has moved the removal specialists Pickfords into a 1,226.28 sq m (13,200 sq ft) industrial unit at Park Royal, London NW10.

Pickfords have taken the premises at 4-5 Cumberland Industrial Estate, Cumberland Avenue on a 5-year lease at a rent of £83.43 per sq m (£7.75 per sq ft). No rent-free period was given.

The incoming tenant was not represented.
