ATIS REAL Weatheralls - Offices Letting - Bracknell, Western Road and Berkshire Court

Accenture, advised by ATIS REAL Weatheralls, has taken an industrial site and adjacent office space at Western Road, Bracknell, Berkshire.

The management and technology services group has taken the 24,852 sq ft (2,309 m2) Unit 1, The Astron Centre industrial unit from AXA Sun Life Properties on a 10-year lease at a rent equating to £8.85 per sq ft (£95.26 per m2), subject to a rent review and tenant’s break in the fifth year with five month’s rent free.

In a separate deal, Accenture has taken 8,659 sq ft (804 m2) of first floor office space at Building A, Berkshire Court from landlord Hampshire County Council Pension Fund. The office space has been taken on a 10-year lease, subject to a five-year rent review and tenant’s break option at a rent of £216,388 per annum exclusive with five month’s rent free.
