sbh.uk wins £5m fit-out contract for bonmarché NDC

Distribution property specialist sbh.uk has been awarded a construction management contract of approximately £5m for the fit out of clothing retailer bonmarché’s new 15,000 sq m Huddersfield Distribution Centre.

Work will start on the four-tier hanging garment system and mezzanine floors in October and the centre will be fully operational by February 2003, providing bonmarché with around 40,000 sq m of storage space.

The project underpins sbh.uk’s expertise in retail distribution, following projects for clients such as T K Maxx, Woolworths and Austin Reed.
