Award winning fashion retailer Republic, are to open in the St David's Shopping Centre, Cardiff.

They are to occupy a newly created unit on St David's Way, providing approximately 2,500 sq. ft. of ground floor sales, together with first floor staff and storage.

A new 15 year lease has been granted, at an undisclosed rent, believed to be in excess of £200,000 pax.

The landlords, Land Securitites were represented by EJ Hales; Republic being represented by retained agents, Kenney Moore.
