Stephen Kane & Company - Retail Letting - London W1, 7 South Molton Street

Acting on behalf of footwear retailer T.J. Collection, retained agent Stephen Kane & Company has assigned a lease on a retail unit on London’s fashionable South Molton Street, W1 to ladies fashion retailer Turquoise.

The two-storey unit, which is located at 7 South Molton Street, comprises 34.3 sq m (370 sq ft) of ground floor retail accommodation, a basement of 46.4 sq m (500 sq ft) and a 12.5 sq m (135 sq ft) vault.

In addition to a £35,000 positive premium, Turquoise is paying £52,400 per annum for the 15-year lease which runs from September 1997.

Stephen Kane & Company represented T.J. Collection. Turquoise was represented by Wilton Estates.
