Kenmore Investments - Industrial Sale - Sunderland, Addison Street & Joshua Wilson Buildings

Kenmore Investments has recently sold the freehold interest in the Joshua Wilson buildings and Units 1 -7 Addison Street, Hendon, Sunderland. It comprises a 1970's industrial estate with 66,262 sq ft of accommodation let at £105,425 per annum. The property is let on a variety of short term leases to tenants including Booker Cash & Carry. The purchaser, a private investor, paid a price of £910,000 which represents a yield of approximately 11%. Kenmore were represented by King Sturge whilst the Larksworth Group
acted for the purchaser.
