Ashcroft Estates, acting on behalf of Charterhouse Shopping Centre Fund I, has let 4 Nicholas Way in the Quadrant Shopping Centre, Dunstable to Tchibo.
The two-storey unit provides a ground floor sales area of 72.34 sq m with 81.94 sq m of storage above. It has been taken on a new 15-year lease at a rent of £38,000 per annum.
Commenting on the deal, Matthew Cassell of Colliers CRE – joint letting agent for the Quadrant Centre with DTZ Debenham Tie Leung - said:
“This and other recent lettings have established a new rental tone for the Quadrant Centre – which is Dunstable’s prime pitch - at around £646 per sq m (£60 per sq ft) Zone A.”
