The shoe retailer has taken 32,868 square feet of space on a 20-year lease at an initial rent of £312,246 (£9.50 per square foot). SJ Berwin have now acted on behalf of Premier Greenford in the letting of a number of units in this part of Brixton’s Greenford estate as part of the ongoing legal work in relation to the development of this site owned by Brixton in their limited partnership with Henderson.
