Acting as sub agents to Edward Symmons & Partners, Fisher Hargreaves Proctor is pleased to announce the sale of Dabell Avenue / Widdowson Close on the Blenheim Industrial Estate, Bulwell, Nottingham.

The light industrial unit of 14,820 sq ft set on a site of 0.81 acres was sold for £475,000 equating to
£32.05 per sq ft.

Michael Donaghy of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor commented that this sale together with another recent sales at Bleniheim Industrial Estate by Fisher Hargreaves Proctor reinforces general consensus that the freehold market in Nottingham is still strong and in all likelihood will get stronger as interest rates stay low and volatility is shown in the equity market.
