Rogers Chapman - Offices Letting - London W1, Wigmore Street, Nations House

House builder and infrastructure provider John Laing PLC, advised by Rogers Chapman has taken an assignment of 436.63 sq m (4,700 sq ft) from Lucent Technologies at Nations House in Wigmore Street, London W1, that will serve as the new, Group headquarters; the building is owned by Postel.

The rent is £409.03 per sq ft (£38.00 per sq ft) on a lease that has a further 10-years to run; Lucent paid an undisclosed reverse premium.

The acquisition follows the sale of Laing's property division to Kier earlier this year

Rogers Chapman represented John Laing; Healey & Baker Cushman & Wakefield acted for Lucent.
