CMS Cameron McKenna - Industrial Sale - £115 Million Portfolio

Leading international law firm, CMS Cameron McKenna, has advised the Haslemere Group on aspects of its £115m industrial portfolio sale. The 14 properties were purchased by the Industrial Property Investment Fund, which is owned by Legal & General and by Britel Fund Trustees in two simultaneous transactions worth approximately £115m.

Ros Topley and Roger Martin of CMS Cameron McKenna led the Haslemere team of solicitors which included Nabarro Nathanson (Barry Morris) Addleshaw Booth & Co (Rukshana Yousuf) and Berwin Leighton Paisner (Justine Oldale) dealing with the English properties and McGrigor Donald (Katharine Hardie and Adrienne Quin) dealing with the Scottish properties. The disposals, all of which are mature assets, form part of Haslemere’s long-term business strategy.

Macfarlanes (Steven Pitchford) acted for the two purchasers.
