A high street retail investment at 58-64 English Street, Carlisle has been sold by clients of LaSalle Investment Management to an Irish Trust for a sum of £4.19 million reflecting a net initial yield of 6.34%.

The property consisted of two retail units comprising 1,232.76 sq m (13,268 sq ft) being let to Clinton Cards and Principles with rents ranging between £93.00 ITZA and £126.00 ITZA.
