October 1st marks the exciting launch of its next phase of development with the appointment of leading corporate real estate advisor, George Gillon, as Chairman.
George Gillon, a business advisor in real estate for 36 years with two of the longest-established and most respected UK consultancies operating internationally (Drivers Jonas and Richard Ellis), is known above all for his focus on the occupier perspective, particularly in the City, and his tireless energy in driving business development and new approaches to property consultancy.
George’s public service record makes exhaustive reading. As a former Chairman of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in the City, he is also a CBI London Council Member, Master-elect (October 2002) of the Chartered Surveyors’ Livery Company and a member of the Court of Common Council for the City of London Corporation. As a Scot who started his working career in Glasgow, he also finds time to fulfil the role of Vice-Chairman of the Caledonian Club.
