Merlin Project Management - Appointment - Andrew Vuckovic

Andrew Vuckovic MRICS, Chartered Building Surveyor, has joined Merlin Project Management as Divisional Director; he will be based at the company’s West End of London offices. Previously he was at Morgan Lovell where he was a Senior Project Co-ordinator.

Merlin Project Management is the project management division and a wholly owned subsidiary of Property Advisers, Rogers Chapman.

Leading the team of project managers and building surveyors Andrew Vuckovic will be primarily responsible for the development of Merlin Project Management in providing relocation and fit out consultancy for occupiers and managing new build and refurbishment works on behalf of landlords, developers and funds.

At Morgan Lovell for nearly 5-years he headed a pre-contracts team dealing with projects ranging in value from £250,000 to £5,000,000. A significant part of his role was managing design & build and office fit outs bids as well as project managing fast track office refurbishment and office relocation exercises.
