Performance Shopping Centre Limited Partnership, a joint venture between Legal & General and Aberdeen Property Investors has let 25 Milton Pavement in The Grange Shopping Centre, Birkenhead to retailer Sportswift Ltd which trades under the name Card Factory.

The lease is for a term of 15 years on full repairing and insuring terms with five yearly upward only rent reviews and the commencing rent is £35,000 per annum exclusive.

Following the recent acquisition of the centre by the Partnership, this is expected to be the first of a number of lettings as the scheme continues to grow in strength.

Sportswift Ltd were represented by Fawley & Booth, whilst Performance Shopping Limited Partnership were advised by their sole agents, NAI Gooch Webster.
