Morley Fund Management - Retail Letting - Dublin, Liffey Valley Shopping Centre

Strutt & Parker and Hamilton Osborne King, on behalf of Morley Fund Management and Grosvenor Ltd, have let 130 sq m (1,400 sq ft) at the Liffey Valley Shopping Centre, Dublin, to Bear Factory. The Hamleys subsidiary has taken a 5 year lease at €215,000 (£137,415) per annum for its first outlet in Southern Ireland.
Strutt & Parker and Hamilton Osborne King have also leased a 20 sq m (212 sq ft) kiosk located in the centre’s central atrium to Zumo Juice Bar on a 5 year lease at €44,441 (£28,400) per annum.
