Scottish Widows Investment Partnership has let Unit 110, Telford Forge Retail Park, Telford, Shropshire to Internacionale Ltd the homewares and fashion retailer.

The 678 sq m (7,300 sq ft) retail warehouse has been taken on a 15-year lease at an annual rent of £127,750 (£188.42 per sq m/£17.50 per sq ft). The transaction involved the surrender of Cromwell’s Madhouse lease on the property.

Edgerley Simpson Howe & Partners and Jones Lang LaSalle represented Scottish Widows Investment Partnership. The tenant was unrepresented in the transaction.
