Warner Estates has instructed Jones Lang LaSalle to manage the 25362 sq. m. (273,000 sq. ft.) Middleton Shopping Centre, Middleton, Greater Manchester.

Constructed in the early seventies, Middleton Shopping Centre comprises 90 retail units, with key tenants including Tesco, Boots, WH Smith, Argos, Ethel Austin and Iceland.

The on-going management instruction will embrace all aspects of building management, staff employment, service charges and asset management.

Senior Surveyor at Jones Lang LaSalle’s Manchester office, Brian Adshead commented,
