Nicholson Estates - Retail Letting - Newport, Westgate Buildings

Nicholson Estates’ successful Westgate Buildings in Newport city centre, Gwent, is now fully let: fashion retailer Mk One has taken the final 563 sq m (6,055 sq ft) unit on a 15 year lease at £125,000 per annum.

Nicholson Estates’ £9 million redevelopment provides 3,268 sq m (37,179 sq ft) of accommodation on three levels while retaining the building’s historic nineteenth century façade. Other tenants at Westgate Buildings include Starbucks, HMV, Eldridge Pope, Phones 4 U, Alliance & Leicester, Lunn Poly and Brook Street.
