Acting on behalf of Rockgarden Ltd, Shelley Sandzer have negotiated an assignment of Corney & Barrow's leasehold interest at 9, 9a & 10 St Martins Place and 116 St Martins Lane, London WC2 which was Corney & Barrow's first foray into the West End of London.
The unit was arranged over basement (1753 sq ft), ground (1579 sq ft) and mezzanine (569 sq ft) levels.
An assignment of the existing 25 year lease from 4th December 1998 was negotiated and Rockgarden Ltd paid a premium of £275,000 to Corney & Barrow.
The premises will be fitted out as a more contemporary West End style lounge bar and restaurant.
The vendor, Corney & Barrow were represented by Insignia Richard Ellis. The purchaser, Rockgarden Ltd were represented by Shelley Sandzer and PJ Moore Consultancy.
